Quality Hair Blow Dryers?

Now That's A Good Hair Decision

High quality hair blow dryers can make a world of a difference.  It can keep your locks shiney, healthy and in good condition as well as avoid major heat damage & dullness.

Now more than ever there are heat tools on the market that reach high temperatures of 450 degrees.

We live in a fast-paced world.   People want efficient hairstyling tools such as hair blow dryers, curling irons and flat irons to get their hair styled quickly.

If they are not used properly, it can reak havoc on our own hair as well as hair extensions.

I Should've Known Better!

I made a foolish last minute decision and bought a very inexpensive blow dryer which I desperately needed before leaving for vacation.

After about a month or two,  I noticed my already thin hair at my crown was a lot thinner from the middle part to the ends of my hair.  I realized that the blowdryer I was using was BLASTING hot air!

Overtime, it caused the ends of my own hair to break off and made my hair extensions become dull and dry.

Needless to say, I will never do that again!

When hair is heated excessively:

  • it can punch holes into the strands of your hair
  • make hair look dull
  • cause hair to become dry and fragile
  • cause hair to get split ends and break

Imagine what a poorly made hairdryer can do to your hair extensions!

An Essential Hair Tool Item
Is A Good Quality Hair Blow Dryer

I used to believe getting all things cheap was the way to save money.  As time went on, I realized I ended up with a ton of inexpensive stuff that I never used.

Now don't get me wrong, I'm not telling you to spend all your hard earned money on all expensive things.  That's not smart.

Just like there are essential wardrobe items like a simple black dress, there are essential hair tool items that will keep your locks looking healthy, shiny and smooth.

A quality hair blow dryer is an essential hair tool that will save you money down the road!

What is the solution?

One of my clients with thick, course hair told me how she loved her Dyson Supersonic hair dryer.

It sounded like the name of my vacuum cleaner for goodness sake!

I asked her to bring it to her next appointment so I can try it.  I have to admit, after using it on her super thick hair that she was blessed with...I noticed her hair looked shinier and felt smoother to the touch.

I was also impressed on the fast drying time and how lightweight it was.

So here is some of the information that impressed me.

  • The Dyson Supersonic hair dryer was created by engineers that constructed their own hair laboratory within a Research and Development facility in Malmesbury, England.
  • It took over 5 years to develop!
  • This team of engineers, trichologists, scientists and a British champion hair stylist wanted to produce a supreme hair dryer that no one ever built before.   The air temperature is monitored which helps prevent heat damage and has triple air flow for fast drying.
  • When I dried my curly haired client with the diffuser, her hair not only dried in half the time but left the curls frizz FREE!  I was blown away by that one!

Most hair dryers come with a 1-year warranty but the Dyson Supersonic comes with a 2-year warranty!

$399.99 WTF?

What didn't impress me was the cost of the Dyson Hair Dryer.

For my peeps on a budget such as myself that still want a quality hair dryer without a high price tag...I would like to introduce the BIO IONIC Powerlight Pro-Dryer.

By the way, my Bio Ionic  hair dryer lasted over 10 years!

  • Using advanced mineral technology, the air from this hair dryer breaks down water clusters into tiny water molecules.
  • Tiny water molecules penetrate hair deeper and faster for extreme hydration which leaves the hair hydrated, smooth and shiny.

This is for about half the price compared to the cost of the Dyson Hair Dryer but I know the Dyson Supersonic Hair Dryer is the Bentley of all hair dryers.

Hopefully my husband gets it for me this Christmas!  Fingers Crossed!
