With Many
Hair Extension Methods
You'll Have Endless Options

Confused by too many hair extension methods?  This can overwhelm us and cause us not to choose at all.

There are a ton of different hair extension methods on the market and not all of them will work with your hair.

For example, if you have thick strong hair, chances are that permanent extensions such as the keratin bonds will last longer than someone with fine to medium hair.  This is because as the extension grows out it will drop down and covering them with you own hair can be a challenge if your hair is fine.

Or let's say you have thinning hair issues on the top part of your crown and traditional hair extensions like keratin, beads, clip ins and taped just isn't working.  They are too visible and too heavy for that particular part of your head.

Can you relate to this picture?

At this point, you may consider micro tip hair extensions.    The bead is so tiny and the hair extension is so light that it will blend with your hair and not tug at the root.  A lightweight extension in the crown part of your hair is the way to go.  It will create the right amount of thickness and volume to blend with your own natural hair.

Again, there is no one size fits all!

Top 9 Most Popular Hair Extension Methods

I highly recommend booking a consultation  with a qualified extension specialist.  I've seen many bad extensions over the years.  Big, bulky keratin bonds put into the hair with no rhyme or reason.  Is it lack of experience?  Lack of education?  Not a care in the world?  I don't know but it's not ok with me.  When they are big and bulky they not only show through the hair but can also make your scalp feel sore and irritated.  Ouch!  Go to a pro with a lot of experience!

Hair Extension Consultation

TIPS

Before going to an extension consultation make sure you did your homework, go in prepared and ask the right questions.  Check out reviews

  1. How long have you been doing hair extensions?
  2. Which hair extension methods do you offer and how is each one applied?
  3. Do you wear hair extensions?
  4. Can I see before and after pictures of your work?

An experienced extension specialist will be able to answer all 4 questions thoroughly and in a confident manner.

I also feel that a hair extension expert should wear hair extensions.  That's how I got to really know all about them and how they REALLY work.  If possible, check out reviews, Instagram or any kind've social media the hair extension specialist may have.  Word of mouth is just as good.

This will help you determine if this person is right for you.
